If you're viewing your credential page and there are features such as "Download PDF" and "Add to LinkedIn Profile" missing, it's probably due to you not being logged in. Please log in and you will see these options appear. If you have not yet set a password, please either use the forgotten password feature to request a reset or click on the link in the credential email that you will have received.
What I have multiple email addresses?
Please use the email address that your digital credential was issued to. Credentials issued via Certify are "Open Badge" compliant and use the email address as the unique identifier. Your digital credentials will always be linked to the email address they were originally issued to unless you ask for this to be changed. Please contact your issuer if you wish this to be updated
