If you have received a certificate or badge issued by Certify, here is how to log in to your backpack.

This article covers two different methods for logging into credentials:

  1. Logging in for the first time after receiving notification of a credential via email

  2. Logging in directly on our website badg.co

Are you an issuer of credentials instead? Click here to find out how to log in to your account.

Logging in for the first time after receiving notification of a credential via email

When your credential is issued to you, an email will be sent to you containing a link to view your credential:

Using this link for the first time will automatically sign you into your new credential. You will be prompted to set a password for your backpack.

Setting a password for your backpack will ensure that you will always have access to all available features for your credentials, as well as private credentials

How do I sign into my credential wallet?

  1. Navigate to www.badg.co on your internet browser;

  2. The sign-in box will pop up, prompting you to enter your email address and password. Enter these and click 'Sign In.'

Creating a Password

If you have not created a password for yourself yet, use the 'Forgot your password?' function and follow the prompts to set yourself one.

Lost or Forgotten Your Password?

If you have forgotten the password for your Badg.co dashboard, use the 'Forgot your password?' function and follow the prompts to issue yourself a new password.

Staying Logged In

Your Certify account should remain logged in for 7 days or until you log out.

To keep your credential data secure, we recommend that you log out of Badg.co after every use if you are on a shared computer. You want to prevent access to your account from either allowing creating or editing fraudulent credentials.

Badg.co is Certify's dedicated recipient experience for digital credentials. This is where all your digital badges and certificates are stored. Any reference to Badg.co is referring only to the recipient end of Certify's digital credential platform.
