Before you can issue a credential, you need a design for it: a badge, a certificate, or both. You can create one in Certify's designer or upload your own.
Create a design in the designer
Certify includes a drag-and-drop designer that runs in your browser, so you don't need any design software.
Click Designs in the left-hand menu.
Click the + button to create a new design.
Drag the elements you want onto the canvas, such as your logo, text and shapes, and arrange them.
Save your design.
Use your own design
If you have a designer or a brand team, you can create your badge or certificate in your usual tools and upload it instead. See Can I upload my own design?
Tips for a good design
Keep badges simple and readable at small sizes, as they often appear in LinkedIn profiles and email signatures.
Use a clear, specific name for the achievement.
Keep a consistent style across related credentials, so recipients can see they belong together.
