When a recipient of one of your credentials adds their badge or certificate to their LinkedIn profile under "Licences & certifications", they'll be presented with a pop up that we pre-populate using their credential data.

Unfortunately, due to a LinkedIn limitation, it can be a little fiddly to get your organisation listed correctly with the credential information.

Thankfully there is a workaround.

If you go to your LinkedIn account and visit your organisation page, you should be able to see an ID number in the URL. It looks something like this highlighted in bold:

https://www.linkedin.com/company/01234567/

Copy this ID and paste it into your LinkedIn organisation ID field in your Certify account settings. After doing this, the pre-populated fields a recipient sees when adding to LinkedIn will load your organisation correctly.
