Your credentials stay live, and you keep access to your account.
Your credentials
Every credential you have issued remains live and verifiable after your plan ends, for as long as Certify operates. There is no charge to your organisation or to your recipients for this. Your recipients can keep viewing, sharing and verifying their credentials, and adding them to their profiles.
The only exception is a credential you issued with an expiry date. It will still expire on that date, just as it would have while your plan was active.
If you use your own domain
On Advanced and Premium plans you can serve credentials from your own domain. If your plan ends and the custom domain is switched off, links that use your domain will stop working.
The credentials themselves are not lost. Every credential is always available on the certify.one domain, and recipients can log in at certify.one at any time to find, view and share them. If you are moving off a custom domain, we recommend letting your recipients know so they can update any links they have shared.
Your account
If your paid plan ends and is not renewed, your account moves to the free Starter plan. You can still log in to your issuer account and use the features included in Starter.
