How do I sign up and sign in to Certify Academy?

Signing up to Certify Academy is free and there is no password to remember. Signing up and signing in work the same way: you enter your email address and we email you a link.

Signing up or signing in

1. Go to academy.certify.one (or academy.certify.com.br for Portuguese) and select Sign in or Start learning free.
2. Enter your email address.
3. Complete the security check, then select Email me a sign in link.
4. Open the email from Certify Academy and select the link. You are signed in.

The first time, you are also asked to complete your profile and accept the terms of use. Use your real name, because it is printed on the badges and certificate you earn. Your organisation and job title are optional.

The sign in email has not arrived

• Check your spam or junk folder, and any "Promotions" or "Other" tab.
• Check the email address you typed. A small typo is the most common cause.
• On a work email address, your company's email filter may be holding it. Ask your IT team, or use another address you own.
• Wait a minute or two before asking for another link. The form limits how many links can be sent to one address in a short time.

Is this the same as my Certify login?

No. Certify Academy has its own sign in, separate from app.certify.one, where issuers manage credentials and recipients see theirs. You do not need a Certify account to take a course.

The badges and certificate you earn in the Academy are issued on the Certify platform, so you see them alongside any other Certify credentials sent to the same email address. See How do I log in to see my credentials?

Your account

Before you sign up, note that:

• you must be 16 or over
• you need an email address that is yours, because it is how you sign in
• each person can have only one account

On your account page you can:

• choose whether you would like to hear more about Certify (this is never switched on for you)
• turn off course reminder emails
• delete your account

Deleting your account is immediate and cannot be undone, but it does not affect any badges or certificates you have earned. They stay valid and verifiable.

If you do not use your account for 24 months, we delete it. We email you 30 days beforehand, and signing in once keeps it.
