All of your Certify credentials are kept in one place, linked to the email address they were issued to. Here is how to get to them.
The first time: use the link in your email
When an organisation issues you a badge or certificate, you receive an email with a link to it. Opening that link takes you straight to your credential. You will be asked to set a password so you can come back to it, and to any other credentials issued to the same email address, whenever you like.
We recommend setting a password straight away. Some features, such as downloading a PDF or adding your credential to LinkedIn, only appear when you are logged in, and private credentials can only be viewed once you are logged in.
Logging in later
Go to app.certify.one.
Enter the email address your credential was issued to, and your password.
You will see every credential issued to that email address.
Haven't set a password, or forgotten it?
Use the forgotten password option on the login page, enter the email address your credential was issued to, and follow the link we email you to set a new password.
Using a shared computer?
Log out when you have finished, so nobody else can access your credentials.
