I can't log in to see my credentials
How to log in to see your credentials, and what to do if it isn't working.
Last updated 9 October 2026
This article is for people who have received a credential. If you issue credentials for your organisation, see I can't log in to my issuer account.
How to log in
You don't need a password to see your credentials. You can log in with a one-time code sent to your email.
- Go to app.certify.one.
- Click I'm a Recipient.
- Enter the email address your credential was issued to.
- Click Receive code by email.
- Open the email from Certify and enter the code to log in.
If you have already set a password, you can enter it and click Sign In instead.
You are using a different email address
You can only log in with the email address your credential was issued to. If you have more than one address, try each of them. If you're not sure which one your issuer used, ask them. See When to contact your issuer.
The code hasn't arrived
- Check your spam and junk folders, and search for "Certify".
- Wait a few minutes, then click Receive code by email again.
- Make sure you entered the address your credential was issued to. We only send codes to addresses that have a credential.
You clicked the wrong button
I'm an Issuer is for organisations that issue credentials, and it always asks for a password. If you received a credential, go back and choose I'm a Recipient.
If you issue credentials and clicked I'm a Recipient, you may never get a code, because we only send codes to addresses that have been issued a credential. Go back, choose I'm an Issuer and log in with your password. See I can't log in to my issuer account.
You'd rather use a password
Click Forgot your password? on the sign-in screen and enter the email address your credential was issued to. We'll send you a link to set one.
You are following an old badg.co link
badg.co is no longer in use. Log in at app.certify.one instead. See What happened to badg.co?
Still stuck?
Email credential@certify.one with the email address you're trying to log in with and the name of the organisation that issued your credential, and we'll help.
