We'd love to hear it. Many of Certify's features started as ideas from issuers.
How to send a feature request
Open the chat inside your Certify account and tell us your idea. It helps to include:
what you'd like to be able to do
why it matters to you or your recipients, and how you work around it today
an example, a screenshot or a link to something similar, if you have one
What happens next
We review every request. If it's something we can take on, we add it to our product roadmap. We'll let you know if we need more detail.
Before you send it, it's worth checking this help centre, as the feature may already exist. Ways to connect Certify to your other systems and Which Certify plan is right for us? are good places to look.
