Starter prices are published and you can sign up yourself. You can pay monthly or annually, and paying annually saves 20%.
Up to 50 recipients a year: free, no credit card needed
Up to 100 recipients a year: £20 a month billed monthly, or £16 a month billed annually (£192 a year)
Up to 250 recipients a year: £40 a month billed monthly, or £32 a month billed annually (£384 a year)
Up to 500 recipients a year: £70 a month billed monthly, or £56 a month billed annually (£672 a year)

What does per recipient pricing mean?
You pay for the number of recipients you issue credentials to, not per seat or per badge. Each recipient can receive unlimited badges at no extra cost, so as your recipients earn more credentials, your costs stay predictable.
If one person receives credentials at two email addresses, do they count as two recipients?
Yes. Certify counts recipients by unique email address, so the same person at a work address and a personal address counts as two. To keep your count down, issue all of a person's credentials to one address. See What is a unique recipient?
